Medium term rental ask for conditions
The 18-hole golf course is set in a beautiful valley surrounded by orange and citrus plantations. Together with the wide avenues, parks and green spaces, this creates wide views and a sense of space and tranquillity.
Several water features with reedbeds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game and have made the course the home of a wide variety of waterfowl. The interior of the course is home to olive and palm trees, creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour.
About 3 km from the resort is the centre of an authentic Spanish village, Algorfa. Here you will find all facilities such as supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, shops, boutiques and terraces. Mediterranean beaches are a 15/20-minute drive away.
Vakantie Verhuur Spanje acts as agent for the owner of the holiday home. The contract is between the owner and the person making the booking (the guest).
The minimum age of the person booking the accommodation must be 21 years or older.
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons and pet(s) indicated on the booking form and booking confirmation and only for holiday purposes. You and the members of your group also agree not to use the accommodation for illegal or commercial purposes, including subletting, this will result in the immediate termination of the contract and also for you and your group to leave the accommodation with immediate effect.
Once the booking is made, the guest is required to pay the full cost of accommodation.
